Buy the energy. We build the asset.
A long-term power purchase agreement can make solar accessible without a customer-funded plant. Green Peers develops, finances, owns and operates the installation under an agreed commercial structure.
An energy relationship, not a one-time purchase.
Under a RESCO arrangement, the customer purchases electricity from a developer-owned plant. The agreement defines the tariff, term, metering, billing, access rights, responsibilities and treatment of events such as downtime or early termination.
Structure the project around the consumer.
The load pattern, roof or land tenure, credit profile and expected consumption are central to the assessment. A project must work for both the consumer buying the power and the owner financing the asset.
Know what the agreement includes.
Plant ownership, maintenance, insurance, payment security, performance obligations and end-of-term arrangements should be clear before signing. A lower headline tariff alone is not a complete commercial evaluation.
